About the Founder
Christine Van Cleave
With over two decades of creative design and aesthetic experience, Christine has created a unique combination of techniques of permanent cosmetics to provide a natural yet fashionable look based upon the features of each client.
Christine’s expertise allows her to fine tune feature alignment just enough to create the appearance of a more symmetrical face and draw each client closer to the golden standard of timelessly attractive symmetry. Her knowledge & use of superior-grade permanent cosmetics products will certainly bring you an enhanced sense of joy and confidence each day as you “put your best face forward” to the world.
Christine spent her early college years happily drawing, painting, and working in the metalwork and clay studios in traditional studio art settings at the University of Georgia. She later transferred to a commercial art program to study design and photography, graduating Best in Show Summa Cum Laude from the Art Institute of Atlanta.
She spent the decade after graduation as a designer working for companies like Microsoft and Honda Marine Motors.
When she started her family, she switched gears to open a boutique media company that served small and medium sized businesses in the metro Atlanta area. At the same time, she ran a small photography studio, using her eye for composition as a traveling wedding photographer for engaged couples, and later, for their young families. In 2020, after moving her family to Nashville, she used her artistic background to move into the beauty space by becoming a permanent cosmetics artist. It’s still the most fun job she’s ever had, and that’s saying something.
Christine is an adventurer at heart who really, truly, actually enjoys healthy living, dislikes board games, loves coffee, and adores massage. She lives in beautiful Franklin, Tennessee with her four sweet, smart, creative kiddos and the two friendliest cockapoos on the planet. They all like to bike, travel, and go jump in a lake together whenever they get the chance.
